Project Overview
OptiPlan is a full SaaS product we designed and built from the ground up — a digital platform that replaces manual spreadsheets and paper workflows for facility service companies. It serves three distinct industries: cleaning operations, security companies, and landscape management providers, each with tailored AI-powered workflows.
Facility service companies — cleaners, security firms, landscapers — were still running operations on spreadsheets and phone calls. Scheduling, quality control, and resource planning were manual, error-prone, and impossible to scale. They needed a product built for their workflows, not a generic project management tool.
We built OptiPlan as a multi-tenant SaaS with industry-specific modules. Cleaning gets smart ticketing and digital room management. Security gets IoT sensor integration and hazard simulation training. Landscaping gets GPS-verified photo documentation and automated resource calculations. One platform, three verticals, powered by AI at every layer.
