Project Overview
Inside IDC is the digital home of a premium dental clinic located at 6 Gemmill Lane, Singapore. We built a comprehensive website that does more than list services — it educates, builds trust, and converts anxious patients into confident bookings. The architecture is built around IDC's five-pillar care philosophy: Prevent, Preserve, Restore, Optimise, and Refine.
Dental clinics live and die on trust. Patients are often anxious, uninformed, and choosing between many providers who look identical online. IDC needed a digital experience that immediately communicated premium positioning, clinical expertise, and genuine patient-first care — not just a brochure site.
We built a content-rich website with a Sanity CMS blog system (24+ published articles by the clinical team), a WhatsApp booking integration for frictionless appointment scheduling, detailed service pages under each of the five care pillars, and doctor profiles that build personal connection before the patient ever walks in. The design system communicates precision, warmth, and trust simultaneously.
